We’ve teamed up with SpaceandPeople to help established independent brands who are ready to take the next step in their business, to start retailing in shopping centres across the UK. We would love to help be a support and soundboard through the process to help guide you along the way.

SpaceandPeople offer a ‘Rock Up and Pop Up’ service, an end-to-end retail solution helping businesses access prime retail locations throughout the UK.

The Rock Up and Pop Up service includes your own fully-branded kiosk with your own designs and logo. The service includes installation and maintenance, with the option for merchandising, business planning and even staffing support if you need.

If you want to start trading in-person inside your own mini branded pop-up testing the market with your products, the Rock Up and Pop Up service is a practical way to do so without all the upfront costs that comes with setting up your own shop. Every pop-up is tailored to each individual retailer and is fully flexible.

Minimum rental periods start at 2 months, with the option for longer bookings, and prices start from £500+VAT per week depending on location.

We would love to help more small businesses get the attention they deserve! Using our expertise and knowledge from our own pop-ups we’ve hosted; we will be at hand through the process and celebrate with you when you open! A place to ask questions and get advice as we know full well how much of a big investment it is.

Who’s this for?

  • Small businesses that sell (but not limited to) home fragrance, artwork, homeware, beauty/health, jewellery, accessories, stationery, food products and even giftware
  • Brands that are established, are committed and ready to start trading in person
  • Brands that have enough stock to fill a few cabinets and can turnround stock fairly quickly (i.e. doesn’t take months to make)

What do I need?

  • £10m public liability insurance
  • A risk assessment (we will provide you with a template for this)
  • Your own card reader (we personally use and recommend Dojo)
  • Enough stock (see above)

So how does it work?

  • SpaceandPeople will then work with you to discuss availability, pricing, whether you require staffing options and helping you create your own branded pop-up
  • Throughout the process, if you have a questions at any time, and want to ask for our advice, we would love to chat either via text, email or phone call to support you along the way
  • Once you’re ready to open, we celebrate your pop-up launch!
