We’re offering handmade brands the chance to retail inside Europe’s biggest shopping centre for longer rental periods than just a day.
Rent a stall for as long as you would like, (minimum 1 week). Each week there will be 4 different businesses where you can have your own (optional) branded signage.
About the pop-up
– Book a stall for a week at a time
– The size of your stall is 2m x 1m flat display
– You have the option to bring your own branded vinyls for the sides of the stall (vinyls provided by you, measurements and printer will be shared with you, Westfield will want to sign off imagery before going to print)
– Vinyls for stall sides are optional, alternatively bring along your own A4 logo for the front of your stall
– The pop-up is located on first floor of Westfield London (White City) near Primark, Moss Bros & Hamleys
– There is access to a storage room
– Your stall must be open all hours that the mall is open (i.e arrive on-time at 9.30am mon-sat, 11.30am on Sun – If stalls are not open when the mall is open to the public, stall bookings will sadly be cancelled with no refund, and cannot pack up early (be in mind during the Christmas period Westfield will likely stay open until 10pm)
– Nothing can be brought that goes on the floor
– There will be 4 brands each day
– All stallholders are to come willing to help and support each other on the day to create a positive and welcoming environment
– All stallholders are to take ownership of their area for the duration of the booking, cleaning products will be provided
– Only 2 people to work at the stall at any one time
– Must have public liability insurance
– Stalls are non-exchangeable/non-refundable
Who is this pop-up designed for?
– Brands that are looking for longer periods to sell their products at Westfield
– Brands that might have popped up at Westfield before and know this environment is suitable for their products
– Brands that sell handmade goods or personalised by hand in some way
– Brands that want to increase exposure
Food & drink brands
– You will need full hygiene certificates
– To display all ingredients somewhere on your stall and clearly share any allergens
– All food must be pre-packaged before coming to Westfield.
– Zero food prep can be done on site which include selling open drinks
– Samples can be offered
– If your products contain alchohol you will need to apply for a TENS
Price per week
- 30 Dec – 2 Feb – £500 a week
- 3 Feb – 16 Feb – £800 a week
- 17 Feb – 4 May – £850 a week
