If you want to apply for a stall, simply follow the instructions on the email (which is usually emailing the office with your product details and they’ll confirm your booking providing your products are suitable)

On the day of your stall booking, a table is provided for you (unless mentioned), bring your stock and your card reader and get selling!

The majority of offices are totally free to have a stall, as part of your Hub membership, the odd one or two may ask for a charitable donation

What kind of PR opportunities do you share?

Every day we share a few PR alerts that vary between well known magazines looking for certain products for an upcoming gift guide, to bloggers doing a feature on entrepreneurial lift, to radio stations looking for business owners to interview. Every PR alert is specifically for product business owners.

I’m totally new to PR, what if I need help responding to PR?

That’s what we’re here for! We’ve created templates for you to use, video trainings, and we also have an expert on hand where you can ask Q&As specifically about pitching and leveraging press.

How do the free stalls in offices work?

Every week we email you alerts of different offices across different cities that are looking for brands to pop-up in their reception or foyer area to sell their products. Simply follow the instructions in the email, emailing details about your brand to the office and they’ll reply either confirming or declining your application.

 

Where are the offices located?

Every week we add new free venues where you can apply for stalls, helping brands like you meet more customers to sell more of your stock. Right now we currently have over 30 offices in London, over 30 offices across Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds, over 10 in Birmingham, over 5 offices in the South East (excluding London) and 3 offices in Bristol.

 

Do I need to have my business “figured out” before joining?

Nope! If you’re new to business and looking for new locations to sell in, or been selling like a pro, we’re here to support you wherever you’re at. Starting by selling at pop-ups and markets can be a great way to start a business. Whether you’re starting out or scaling, we wannal help you grow.

 

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, if The Hub isn’t right for you, you can cancel anytime. Head to the ‘Hub Support’ page on The Hub and click ‘cancel my membership’ and follow the steps.

 

What's the difference between the 2 tiers - £24 and £69 options?

Both options you get all the daily opportunity alerts and all the features listed on this page. The Hub Membership Plus option for £69 a month, comes with additional personalised support for your business including 121 coaching every 3 months, a group coaching session every 3 months, plus all events and workshops we host are free.  

I've only made a few sales—am I too early for The Hub?

Not at all! As long as you’ve made at least one sale, know what you’re selling, and have products ready to go, you’re in the right place. The Hub works best for people in their first 1-3 years who are ready to grow but don’t know where to find opportunities.

I'm not "handmade"—I curate/resell products. Is this still for me?

Absolutely! The Hub is for all product-based businesses—handmade, curated, small brands, artisan food and drink, beauty, lifestyle products. If you sell physical products and need more places to sell them, you’re welcome here.

“What if I join and it doesn’t work for me?”
You can cancel anytime. No long-term commitment. Try it for a month—if it’s not right, you can leave.
“What if my business is not ready yet?”
If you’ve made at least one sale and have products ready to go, you’re ready. You don’t need to have it all figured out—that’s exactly why The Hub exists.
“What if I can’t afford £24/month right now?”
We get it. If it’s out of budget, keep us in mind for when you’re ready. But think about it this way: if you book one free stall in an office which would have costed you £30+ for one stall fee, you have saved money. One PR feature could bring in a sale you wouldn’t have had. After a few opportunities members find that The Hub pays for itself.
“What if I don’t have time to use all the resources?”
You don’t have to use everything. Even if you only use the PR alerts or the free office stalls, you’ll save hours of searching and hundreds of pounds in fees. That alone makes it worth it.
