How to book your stall

1. Add the number of days you would like to book to your basket (please only add as many that have been confirmed with you via email, as we will likely be oversubscribed for your product type on other days)
2. Follow the prompts to complete payment, select to pay via Klarna or Clearpay if you would like to spread the cost
3. We will email you within 7 days to confirm your booking

Due to the extensive work involved, once stall bookings are confirmed, they are non-exchangeable, non-refundable. If you are unable to attend for any reason, we will not be able to offer you a replacement stall at another pop-up event.

Requirements:

• Your business is based in the UK
• You must sell handmade products, either made by yourself or someone else. Your products must have some element of personalisation done by hand. Items which have been bought from a manufacturer/wholesalers will not be allowed to be sold here. The Small Biz Village will be for handmade artisan brands. Not sure you fit the bill? Drop us a message and we can let you know.
• You’ll need to have minimum £1m public liability insurance valid on the date(s) you book (If you don’t have public liability insurance, Events Insurance or Protectivity offer one-day policies from £30)
• No children can be brought with you or behind the stalls, everyone must be aged 16+, children are of course able to visit you at the event
• No music/ lit candles/ burning of incense/ handwritten paper signs or unprofessional signage.
• Two people max working at any time,
• Stalls must be hosted by one brand only, unfortunately two companies cannot share a stall.
• Unfortunately no floor standing clothing rails or pull up banners can be brought, everything needs to go on top of your stall.
